Kim has been a Godsend for us through a challenging 16 months trying to sell our house after we had already moved. Without Kim’s professionalism, knowledge and willingness to do things for us that I would not have expected from any realtor I don’t know how we would have managed, she basically looked after our house over an extended period, kept us up to date, advised us on price and strategy, negotiated, and provided us with as much feedback on contracts as was needed. I’m originally from Britain where a flat fee of around $2,000 is paid to the realtor so I have always felt the fees in the USA were ridiculous. Having met and worked with Kim, I can honestly say she was worth every penny and realistically, a lot more! I cannot imagine there is a more professional, effective, knowledgeable, ethical, hardworking, personable realtor on the planet.

We hadn't sold a home in over 2 decades so we didn't quite know what to expect this go around. Al was very knowledgeable of the local market and was awesome in guiding us through the process. Soon after listing the property Al was not happy about the photos that a professional took and quickly decided to have them redone with another professional who took much more care in presenting the property the way it should have been. He didn't necessarily have to that, but it made a world of difference. He walked us through a very challenging market to finally get our sale completed.

Mike is not just quickly available himself, he has access to every trade you might need to get your house on the market, expedite showings, negotiate and support any inspection needs, and close timely. He is simply the agent you want when selling a house. When buying a house, Mike is your best asset. Again, his connections make the process of buying, negotiating, any repairs or updates needed, closing, and moving seamless. Mike has helped us buy and sell four different homes as we have expanded and downsized. He is simply excellent.

Our experience working with Roger and Susan was great! They provided current market research and valuable suggestions to help us make informed decisions to sell our home.
