Everything he told me came to fruition as he stated. Al follows the rules and laws and protects your interest and I have absolute trust in him. It doesn't matter why you're selling/buying or what trials and tribulations you're experiencing, Al will be there for you and help you every step of the way.

Tracy, as a real estate agent and representative of our investment is an intelligent and careful moderator both with understanding her clients ( us) particular needs and the agent/clients on the other position. She was able to seamlessly help with suggesting excellent movers, repair contractors and alleviate last minute concerns that would have created disaster had it been up to our devises. I have not met an agent who has the same abilities in today's offering of real estate agents. Tracy also has a clear knowledge of the sales market, trends and where the market may be headed. She is realistic and honest so that we made the most of our investment without fear of becoming stale in a changing real estate climate and making the most of our investment. I have a retired real estate license, and Tracy exceeded all levels of professionalism. I would hire her with any level of investment and hope to use her again in our Colorado real estate purchases or sales. I would not look anywhere else.

A trusted family member highly recommended Chrissy to me, and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her. My situation was a difficult one.
