Great Agent

Valerie knows the Golden area very well and followed my wishes regarding making the selling process go smoothly. I had an older home in a great area and I did not want to do a lot of remodeling, so I sold it as is. She had some great ideas about what I could do with staging and brochure photos using my furniture. She determined an asking price that was to my satisfaction and was targeted to sell quickly. I had 2 firm full price offers after the first open house and it's debut on the multiple listing service. She handled all the paperwork and arrangements for the closing. She also had a person who emptied the house after I had moved and got rid of all the old furniture and things I didn't want. Made my move as easy as possible. Thanks Valerie!

Venna was awesome in selling our second house for us!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Venna Hillman — not once, but twice! This is the second house she has sold for us, and both times she has gone above and beyond. She held multiple open houses, even brought in items herself to help stage the house, and always made sure it was presented at its absolute best. What really sets her apart is her communication — she kept us informed every step of the way with updates on how our home was doing in the community and the market. Thanks to her expertise and hard work, this home sold in just about 7 weeks, and we were very happy with the price we received.
