April was extremely helpful in guiding us through the buying process for land in a challenging area. She was there with us the whole time always checking in to make sure any questions we had were answered promptly. As an out of state non-profit, we can be a challenge to work with, but April was able to assist us with every little problem that came up with ease. She is a wonderful person to work with and we would be delighted to work with her again!

First class! I’m super pleased I used Neuhaus Realty for the sale of my Denver home. Advice I got from another realtor was to spend thousands to remodel a bathroom in the basement so house would sell. He also said the market was weak and I wouldn’t get what I wanted out of the home. April looked everything over and suggested several things needed done that were mostly cleaning and painting. I followed her advise and staged a couple rooms in the house for eye appeal.
