April was extremely helpful in guiding us through the buying process for land in a challenging area. She was there with us the whole time always checking in to make sure any questions we had were answered promptly. As an out of state non-profit, we can be a challenge to work with, but April was able to assist us with every little problem that came up with ease. First class! I’m super pleased I used Neuhaus Realty for the sale of my Denver home. Advice I got from another realtor was to spend thousands to remodel a bathroom in the basement so house would sell. He also said the market was weak and I wouldn’t get what I wanted out of the home. She also accompanied us on our blue tape walk and was there to give us the confidence to point out errors and to request they be addressed. We felt like we had someone as our advocate in this big decision in our lives. In addition to her outstanding negotiating skills, she also went above and beyond in getting us the best deal possible from the builder, including incentives, price reductions and additional finish work, which was an unexpected bonus.
