He has (what I consider) an endless list of contacts, sources and connections. He knows what people are looking for, how to reach them and make them aware that your property is what they are looking for. His time-line is realistic and based on current market trends. Everything he told me came to fruition as he stated. Al follows the rules and laws and protects your interest and I have absolute trust in him. It doesn't matter why you're selling/buying or what trials and tribulations you're experiencing, Al will be there for you and help you every step of the way.
