Kim explained everything in regards to what was needed in selling the house. From what were the expectation on my part, as well as the expectation for the buyers of the home. She was very helpful in helping me navigateing through the house selling process. She worked very well with the realtor that I was working with in the Denver area for the new home. I was purchasing. When there was issues during the process she walked me through in solving the issues. I believe she went beyond what a regular realtor would have done. She continued to seek out answere to my questions about selling process of my home.
