I’m 80 years old and never had an agent do all of the extra stuff that Janel did. Going out of her way to arrange contractors to get things done that I couldn’t do. She had a list of people she worked with. They came in. Got stuff ready, fix things, plumbing electrical new roof went out of her way. Even came in and helped Wash cabinets in the kitchen.
