From our first meeting through our closing, two months later, Arica showws such empathy and care in her role as our realtor. She told us all about the town and made sure we found a place to stay when we stayed overnight. We saw some beautiful and interesting properties that she personally took us to. She did in depth research about a house we really loved because she had concerns about the renovation and safety issues. Arica was efficient with document signings. I was a bit disappointed in her lack of communicating potential buyers feedback, overall Arica was professional and knowledgeable about selling a home in colorado.

Arica is a professional while at the same time extremly passionate when introducing the realestate market in La Veta/Walsenburg. She knows her stuff relating to process and legal matters. We had to deal with a unique challege regarding our home purchase. The distance between where we were trying to sell and a home and the home we wanted to buy interfered with face to face communication, needed for us elder folks. We made it work, though.
