Arica was efficient with document signings. I was a bit disappointed in her lack of communicating potential buyers feedback, overall Arica was professional and knowledgeable about selling a home in colorado.

Arica is a professional while at the same time extremly passionate when introducing the realestate market in La Veta/Walsenburg. She knows her stuff relating to process and legal matters. We had to deal with a unique challege regarding our home purchase. The distance between where we were trying to sell and a home and the home we wanted to buy interfered with face to face communication, needed for us elder folks. We made it work, though.

Arica and her team had my back through the entire process. If I had questions, she had answers. From the listing to the closing, the entire team was very professional and accommodating. Someone was always available no matter what I needed. I highly recommend Arica and Code of the West Real Estate!
