Trisha was a blessing for us! We lived out of town and she had everything lined up for us when we came into town to try and find a new home, in a new city and state. She paid attention to all of our wants, needs and budget. She was in constant communication with us from the moment we made initial contact till the time we closed on our new (to us) home. She was kind, patient and thoughtful throughout the experience. What could have been a very difficult and frustrating process because of the nature of what we wanted and the fact that we were out state, was a real pleasure. We came away from the experience feeling that we had a real advocate in the process. Trisha made the whole experience easy and as stress free as possible. We have bought and sold homes before but never has it ever been this easy and PLEASANT. Trisha is an example to be followed.

Trisha is the very best person I could have dreamed of to sell my Dad’s house. She is kind, thoughtful, thorough, patient with me, and a truly lovely human, inside and out. Arica was efficient with document signings. I was a bit disappointed in her lack of communicating potential buyers feedback, overall Arica was professional and knowledgeable about selling a home in colorado.

Arica is a professional while at the same time extremly passionate when introducing the realestate market in La Veta/Walsenburg. She knows her stuff relating to process and legal matters. We had to deal with a unique challege regarding our home purchase. The distance between where we were trying to sell and a home and the home we wanted to buy interfered with face to face communication, needed for us elder folks. We made it work, though.
