She did in depth research about a house we really loved because she had concerns about the renovation and safety issues. Ultimately she told us we should not buy it , even though she would lose that commission. She really looks out for her clients best interests! On another day of searching, we visited the last house for the day of viewing and immediately fell in love with a very unique house and property. She also gave us recommendations for very competent inspectors, electricians and other skilled tradesmen to make sure our house was safe.
