24 real estate agents in Walsenburg

From our first meeting through our closing, two months later, Arica showws such empathy and care in her role as our realtor. She told us all about the town and made sure we found a place to stay when we stayed overnight. We saw some beautiful and interesting properties that she personally took us to. She did in depth research about a house we really loved because she had concerns about the renovation and safety issues. Ultimately she told us we should not buy it , even though she would lose that commission. She really looks out for her clients best interests! On another day of searching, we visited the last house for the day of viewing and immediately fell in love with a very unique house and property. She also gave us recommendations for very competent inspectors, electricians and other skilled tradesmen to make sure our house was safe. Arica is the best in this region of Southern Colorado and any territory she covers. We absolutely recommend Arica and Code of the West Realty for house and property searches around Walsenburg and La Veta.

Arica was efficient with document signings. I was a bit disappointed in her lack of communicating potential buyers feedback, overall Arica was professional and knowledgeable about selling a home in colorado.

Tricia did a wonderful job marketing our land outside of Walsenburg Colorado. Her photography was top notch and better than the other listings in the area. When it came down to negotiating the deal, Tricia got us what we wanted and we are very thankful for that.

Trisha was amazing! She helped us sell our land in Walsenburg and the transaction went smoothly. You're in good hands with her.

Wonderful thank you
