She told us all about the town and made sure we found a place to stay when we stayed overnight. We saw some beautiful and interesting properties that she personally took us to. She did in depth research about a house we really loved because she had concerns about the renovation and safety issues. Ultimately she told us we should not buy it , even though she would lose that commission. She really looks out for her clients best interests! On another day of searching, we visited the last house for the day of viewing and immediately fell in love with a very unique house and property. Arica is a professional while at the same time extremly passionate when introducing the realestate market in La Veta/Walsenburg. She knows her stuff relating to process and legal matters. We had to deal with a unique challege regarding our home purchase. The distance between where we were trying to sell and a home and the home we wanted to buy interfered with face to face communication, needed for us elder folks. We made it work, though.
