Jacqueline priced our home very competitively. Unfortunately, with the downturn in the market and the volume of competitive listings, that didn't stop her from using every marketing tool available. She updated our listing on a continual basis, using pictures, video, and drones to showcase our property. It was also beneficial that she lives in our neighborhood and knows the Conifer/Evergreen market. During our open houses, she took the time with every potential buyer to explain all the benefits of owning our home. Jacqueline communicated with us often, explaining the market conditions and gave us advice on when to lower our price to get more eyes on our home. She gave us confidence that all we needed was that one buyer that would be interested in purchasing our home. She was very helpful as well with the closing process, letting us know when deadlines approached and navigating us through to the end.
