Debbie was a tremendous resource every step of the journey. We started working 8 months prior to the buy. Debbie helped us narrow down the spots that would fit our wants and desires. Once we did that she was tireless sending ideas and going to look for us even scheduling some of the visits to accommodate our daughters coming along too. She was great at negotiating and setting our price when we found the home for us. And even when we hit some roadblocks on inspection repairs Debbie worked so hard finding estimates and helping us get comfortable with potential repairs.
