While we were admittingly skeptical of what a realtor could provide for us, we were very pleasantly surprised at the level of knowledge and effort that Chris provided to our purchase to our retirement home in Colorado. Much of which was done remotely with Chris doing all of the leg work from start to the correction of a few issues on the home. Chris did it all and we leaned heavily on his time and expertise to get through the process. It was often difficult to understand what the issues were and how to deal with them from a 1000 miles away, but Chris always went the extra effort to explain , to investigate and to resolve the issues.
