Judy and Chris were the best realtors I've ever worked with. Knowledgeable and experienced, especially in the Denver, Lakewood, Belmar area. This was a tough sale due to the buyer's market and persistently high bank rates for mortgages. . . real estate prices constantly dropping over the listing period. Judy and Chris held multiple Open Houses and coordinated with other Realtors and agents. They coordinated repairs, staging, cleanings, and kept the place looking good during the listing period as we were out of the country. Complete trust and confidence in this team. We have followed Jim Smith and his work both at Golden Realty and in the community, so it was logical to use his services in the selling of our home. Both he and his Broker Associate Kathy worked to sell the house, despite the fact that Jim was on a Mediterranean cruise at the time. Timing was everything as we got an over list price offer within a few days of the listing going live. The process was relatively painless and closed on time. Coundn’t recommend them more heartily. Caveat - current results do not predict future results, but still worth the effort.
