Judy and Chris were the best realtors I've ever worked with. Knowledgeable and experienced, especially in the Denver, Lakewood, Belmar area. This was a tough sale due to the buyer's market and persistently high bank rates for mortgages. . . real estate prices constantly dropping over the listing period. Judy and Chris held multiple Open Houses and coordinated with other Realtors and agents.
