Cliff was our buyers' agent. When we started the process, I asked my wife to make a list of everything we wanted in a house. After a month, we found a house that met our criteria, but it went under contract before we could put in an offer. He helped us search for months before finding a suitable replacement. When we found the property, the seller's agent was barely competent (significant errors in listing, like the wrong number of bedrooms, or including appliances that the owners didn't want to leave). The contrast in professionalism was obvious, even not having met the other agent, and we felt sorry for Cliff having to deal with her. Cliff walked us through the process and managed the paperwork needed for the contract. He kept following up and helped with negotiating mitigations that the seller had agreed to but didn't do. He also helped post-closing when we discovered damage that had been done after the inspection.

Cliff made our home buying process so smooth! He is knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and was always ready to help. He took the time to answer all of our questions and guided us through every step of the process as first-time homebuyers. Even with the tight timeline we were on, he went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track and was completed on time. We really appreciated how well he communicated with everyone involved and helping us secure a great deal at closing. Cliff was always quick to respond and proactive throughout the entire process. We truly cannot recommend him enough!!

His knowledge of the industry, his prompt updates and friendly, caring attitude helped us through our trying move. When the other side had issues, he was there with a quick explanation of what/why things were happening that way. If something was stalled, he was immediately checking into it and, if necessary, nudging things forward. He negotiated great deals on both sides of our move. If I had anxiety about any part of the process, he would listen to me vent out and then offer solid advice or reason. I appreciate him very much and will use him for any future endeavors.

Cliff was awesome to work with!! He went out of his way to accommodate our crazy schedule. After we gave him details about style and things we wanted in a home, he narrowed the search so we weren’t looking at homes that didn’t fit us. He was thoughtful and understanding when we didn’t like something and wasn’t a high pressure agent which we really appreciated.

Cliff is all around the best first time home buying agent I could have asked for. He was very professional, caring, committed, thorough, knowledgeable, and very friendly! He made this entire experience fun and stress free. I will be recommending Cliff to everyone and anyone who wants a great experience!

I truly feel that I have made a great friend in Cliff! From the first phone call to tell him what we were looking for, he always made us feel that we were his first priority. His knowledge of the Market is unreal and he was able to define exactly what we wanted in a mountain home. He is an excellent communicator and constantly fed us more properties to look at online. We were buying from out of state, and when we set dates to come to Colorado, he had multiple listings that we could tour. And after all of the hard work from Cliff, we found the perfect home to purchase! He took care of everything from the offer to the inspections to the closing seamlessly. He is truly a Professional at his trade and a super great guy to work with. I gave him 5 Stars but would like to give him 10!
