While we were admittingly skeptical of what a realtor could provide for us, we were very pleasantly surprised at the level of knowledge and effort that Chris provided to our purchase to our retirement home in Colorado. Much of which was done remotely with Chris doing all of the leg work from start to the correction of a few issues on the home. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling in Evergreen or the surrounding mountain communities, especially for higher-end or more complex properties where experience, judgment, and market knowledge really matter.
