My husband and I have lived in our home in Greenwood Village, Colorado for 32 years. Last April we started to talk about downsizing and subsequently started looking for another home with an unobstructed view. A few months later, we met Charles Ward, Novella Real Estate Agent, for the first time, while looking at a recently built home in a small community not far from our current home.
