What happens when an engineer becomes a realtor? You get the smartest realtor alive. Stacie's brilliance is only usurped by her personality. Buying a home can be a grueling process but Stacie made it all seem so effortless. Any question we had she knew the answer and naturally anyone she referred to us for inspections, lending, etc. was also outstanding. I will never use another realtor in Denver for as long as Stacie is practicing!
My experience was excellent, she was always in communication with me, keeping up to date on the market in my neighborhood. I’m executor for my sister’s estate, had to sell her Denver home pronto. Sis's home was rundown, a major hoarding site. And, I live in Maryland. A trusted broker here recommended Stacie Duffy to sell the Denver property. Immediate rapport -- Stacie grasped the task instantly, went right to work on pre-sales support: sized up interior shots showing extreme hoarding, put together multiple good options, spent hours on the phone, guided me through choices, landed best fit to move forward. After Sis passed, loyal friends & I got plenty cleared out, but truckloads remained, it all had to go. Stacie got her hands dirty, became key team member getting items out and placed. She recommended a local service to clear remaining bulk, get worthwhile things into good hands & recycle or trash the rest. Stacie pulled housecleaning miracle workers into Sis’s empty home, they made the place sparkle in spite of itself, looked far better than ever expected. Stacie was wonderful to work with. My wife and I purchased a home in Colorado remotely from Michigan. She had incredible attention to detail and went above and beyond to make the process easy. When we were in town, she drove us around and taught us all about different neighborhoods. We ended up choosing Arvada, which was out of her zone, but she still took the time to tour the home virtually for us. Her video tours are super detailed and informative. She has a wide and deep knowledge about houses, which helped us feel confident making an offer on a home we didn't see in person. She also made the whole process very easy, walking us through every step in great detail so we felt like we knew what was happening. She's very communicative and we never felt like we were in the dark. We also feel like she always had our back when dealing with sellers, pointing out things we would've had no idea to bring up.
