Our last sale was the toughest transaction we’d ever had due to a really tough economy and local road construction which impacted the neighborhood negatively. Steve kept at it, held a record number of open houses and found a way to keep the listing from going stale over the holidays- no small feat. He never gave up on it, and kept his triple A game up until it sold. We never hesitate to refer him to anyone we hear who needs to buy or sell a home.

Chad Schott is a great realtor. He helped me and my husband find a house quickly in Wheat Ridge and was available every time we reached out with questions. Very knowledgeable with housing concerns and the market in general.
