Our last sale was the toughest transaction we’d ever had due to a really tough economy and local road construction which impacted the neighborhood negatively. Steve kept at it, held a record number of open houses and found a way to keep the listing from going stale over the holidays- no small feat. He never gave up on it, and kept his triple A game up until it sold. We never hesitate to refer him to anyone we hear who needs to buy or sell a home.

Chad Schott is a great realtor. He helped me and my husband find a house quickly in Wheat Ridge and was available every time we reached out with questions. Very knowledgeable with housing concerns and the market in general. Really appreciated how he helped us with the inspection report and even came to the house to be here to get some repairs before we moved in. Plus he’s a cool guy and fun to talk to.
