Tanya helped us find a wonderful home when we were downsizing! She asked us specifically what we were looking for and sent us new houses to check out every day. She suggested what to tweak in our search and the next weekend we went out looking we found something to love about every house. We ended up making an offer on a home we found that day! She has a professional who can help with landscaping, construction, foundation, painting, etc. Any time we needed something done she had someone who could do it well at an affordable cost. Tanya is responsive and professional and also has a wonderful sense of humor. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. We met Tanya when traveling to Colorado to evaluate where we'd want to live in the Denver metro. She was patient and helpful as we initially cast a wide net before narrowing it down to Louisville. A year later, she helped us navigate the process of a new build from going under contract through closing more than 6 months later. During this time, Tanya helped resolve difficult building issues, such as working with the builder to change an exterior accent trim, installing bidet electrical outlets despite the builder's initial opposition citing electrical code, and making personalization design choices throughout the house. She had a great presence through every home walkthrough stage and weekly builder call through closing. Most importantly, we trusted Tanya which was the important consideration with such an important process. We didn't feel pushed like we've encountered over the years with other agents.
