Lyndsey Palik

About Lyndsey

I have spent the past several years helping clients buy and sell homes across the Denver metro area, with experience in Arvada, Broomfield, Thornton, Lone Tree, and Denver. Over that time, I've guided clients through the purchase and sale of single-family homes, condos, and townhomes. I take pride in combining strong market knowledge with a creative edge to ensure every deal is approached with a unique perspective tailored to my clients' needs. I truly love working with people to help them find the perfect home-whether that's selling a property or finding their next dream home. The relationships I build are what make this career so rewarding. Recently, I've decided to elevate my career by stepping into the role of Managing Broker, where I can continue to serve clients while also mentoring and leading other agents to success. Outside of real estate, my greatest joy is my family. My husband and I have four amazing kids who keep us busy with competitive hockey, soccer, and basketball. You'll usually find me on the sidelines cheering them on-coffee in hand, of course, because it's my ultimate game-day fuel. And back at home, our two dogs round out the roster, making sure the chaos and fun never skip a beat. Real estate isn't just my career-it's my passion, and I'm honored to help clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Audrey Michel

About Audrey

Audrey Michel – Real Estate Agent & Designer Design and construction have always been a part of my life. My parents started a custom home construction company the year I was born, and I grew up on job sites, measuring, tiling, painting, and learning how homes come to life. But design was always my first passion. I spent my childhood sketching house plans next to my dad and rearranging spaces to make them flow better. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and Architecture from the University of Nebraska, with a minor in Art History, I began my career as a healthcare designer. Working on large-scale hospitals taught me how profoundly our physical environment affects how we feel and function. It shaped my belief that design isn’t just about beauty, it’s about intention. Today, as a Real Estate Agent and Designer, I help homeowners prepare their properties to shine in the market through The Design to List Experience: a refined process that blends market insight, thoughtful design, and elevated presentation. Together, we inspect and evaluate what’s holding a property back, renovate and refine to boost value, and stage and sell with confidence to achieve the highest return. The result is a home that feels refined, intentional, and irresistible to buyers.

Camden Novak

About Camden

Hi, I'm Camden, a Colorado native with a genuine love for everything this state has to offer. Growing up here gave me firsthand experience with the Colorado lifestyle, from hiking and biking to skiing and exploring the outdoors, and it's a big part of why I'm passionate about helping others find a home here. I was inspired to pursue real estate by watching my mom build a successful career doing what she loves. Seeing her work showed me that real estate is about more than buying and selling homes, it's about guiding people through an important milestone in their lives with care and confidence. I'm especially passionate about helping first time home buyers, particularly young buyers who may not realize homeownership is possible for them. My goal is to make the process feel approachable, informed, and exciting from start to finish. From our first conversation to closing day, I'm committed to being responsive, honest, and fully invested in helping you find the right home for your next chapter.

Tanya is a God-send! The perfect partner for our journey.

Tanya is warm and quick to address our questions and concerns. Super available. Would address a situation immediately. I called Tanya my "fixer." She made problems away. Super involved. Great listener. Very smart ideas. Has a refined sensibility of style that maximized how we shaped a positive impression on our buyers. At the time of closing, we had come to think of Tanya as family.

Tanya was amazing to work with. Her professionalism and communication skills with both us and the seller’s agent was a huge asset! Excellent communicator who will make it happen!

Tanya didn't know what she was signing up for when she took us on as clients, but we are so glad she did, because she accomplished the impossible. We were definitely picky buyers and took our time waiting for the right house, but she stayed patient, supportive, and never made us feel pressured. When we finally found our dream home, making the deal happen was complicated because our offer was contingent on the sale of our current home. Thanks to her excellent communication skills and the relationships she built with the other agents involved, everything came together seamlessly. She helped us sell our home (for over asking price) and coordinated both transactions so we were able to buy our dream home and close everything in under 45 days. Even our lender said it was next to impossible, but Tanya never wavered! We are so grateful for her guidance, hard work, and communication, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.
