Hope Stafford is a realtor who cares about her clients from the beginning to the end of a real-estate transaction. We met Hope after losing our home in the Marshall wildfire. Since working with her during several transactions, she has become a friend. Our first purchase was a home to live in while our Superior home was rebuilt. She worked the agent of the home we bought and although we weren't the highest offer, she was able to secure the home. Once our Superior home was rebuilt, she went to work on selling our temporary house. The housing market had changed but we were finally able to secure a buyer. All during this time, Hope worked tirelessly to sell the home. She held open houses, provided amazing photos of the house and frequently updated social media. Once we were back in our home, we realized that living there was too stressful after our experiences during the wildfire and all it entailed. A year later, she helped us navigate the process of a new build from going under contract through closing more than 6 months later. During this time, Tanya helped resolve difficult building issues, such as working with the builder to change an exterior accent trim, installing bidet electrical outlets despite the builder's initial opposition citing electrical code, and making personalization design choices throughout the house. She had a great presence through every home walkthrough stage and weekly builder call through closing. Most importantly, we trusted Tanya which was the important consideration with such an important process. We didn't feel pushed like we've encountered over the years with other agents.
