Dan and Jim Riss were on board from the beginning. We did a walkthrough before listing the house. Several key items were discussed and Dan was very informative on the process. The house was listed a little high but the price came down and the house sold for what Dan and Jim thought it would go for. It was a pleasure working with the Riss brothers. All I can day is thank you.

Krista's communication skills and professionalism are superb. She kept an open line of communication through and through. It was never difficult to get a hold of her and she always responded promptly when she wasn't available. Her market knowledge is excellent and anything she didn't know immediately, she conducted her research on and provided her due diligence. She negotiated well for us and was always fair, with her customers best interest in mind. We greatly enjoyed our experience with Krista and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Ryan exceeded my expectations! He’s an incredible communicator, he’s savvy, kind, reliable, and knowledgeable! I got a great deal on my house and Ryan made sure I got awesome seller concessions as well! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!
