We started meeting with Heather back in October 2020 with plans to sell our house in the Spring. She prepared a very detailed, comprehensive report of our neighborhood home sales compared to our home, so we would have a price in mind. Once we decided to go on the market, the process started immediately! Heather came back with additional reporting and information on the home sales in the neighborhood, we went through the contract and together we decided on a price. The majority of the communication was done via email and text. However, when necessary, Heather would stop over if we had questions or things to show her in our home. She provided the names of companies or people to use for some minor repairs. She always provided more than one, so we had a comparison to work with. The photographers and video people she used were very courteous and did a fantastic job on the pictures of our home. The showings (28) were seamless for us. The lockbox was set and we always received the phone call when people were scheduled to arrive and also the ones that were cancelled. It took only 2 days to have a contract on our home and we were extremely grateful to Heather for all of her hard work in making this happen so quickly!! Heather has a wonderful personality, she knows her profession and was always willing to go the extra step when necessary. We would highly recommend her to sell your home!!
