Being a native of Denver, Colorado, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in the world. Colorado is rich in beauty, adventure and excitement, which is what fueled my desire to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Being in the title insurance industry for over 20 years, I am very familiar with the buying and selling process of residential homes. Armed with the knowledge of contracts and the closing process, the only logical progression was to join the real estate sales force. With an enthusiasm for meeting new people, and a love of real estate, it was a natural fit. With a scrupulous eye for detail and strong work ethic, I am devoted to making your real estate transaction a fantastic experience. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases you can make in your lifetime. It is a job that should be left for a real estate professional. With my experience in preparing legal real estate documents, I can assure you that I will make sure it is done right, the first time. Being your advocate is my number 1 priority. In my spare time, I enjoy camping and traveling in our RV with my husband Allen, teenage daughter Erin, and our always crazy dogs, Milo the Golden Retriever, and Millie the German Sheppard Pit Mix. We also enjoy fishing, hiking and snowmobiling in the winter. We are a devoted Broncos family and look forward to football season each fall (Go Broncos!) Heather Hankins has lived in Colorado most of her life, growing up in a small town in northern Colorado. She has lived and worked in the Denver area since graduating from college. Heather has been involved in the Denver metro real estate industry for over 29 years. Helped during every step of the process

Worked closely with us during the process of selling a rental house in University Hills and preparing to do a 1031 Exchange for an out of state seller. Made spot-on recommendations to assist with upgrades and helping market the property during a change in market conditions. She was the very best in helping market and close on a property that needed extensive care during the process. Excellent communicator for both the seller and the buyer's agent. Outstanding negotiation skills allowed for the sale to be completed on schedule. We look forward to have Stacie help with future sales. Thanks!!

Great overall experience for my first home

This was my first time purchasing a home, and Jennifer has been incredible. She truly had my best interest in mind and provided education and knowledge along the way without ever pushing me to do anything that I wasn't comfortable with. We worked together for over a year to find my home, and I couldn't be happier with how she handled the process. I would absolutely 10/10 recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to start the process of buying a home.

Hire this man

We've worked with Irving twice now and both times he has really gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Great experience!

Heather was very communicative and knowledgable. She was so patient with us- we must've looked at over 40 houses! But she helped us find the perfect fit :) She was especially helpful when it came to drawing up the contracts, she had great insight, and was essential in our navigating the whole experience. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a house in the Denver area!

Vali is on top of every detail and very easy to work with!

Vali has many years of experience and knows the market well. She helped us buy and sell our home, and she had excellent communication with us throughout the process. She was on top of every detail. When issues came up, she had connections with contractors who did great work at reasonable prices. Her photographer made our home look like it belonged in a magazine. Working with her was great all around!
