My mother started her real estate career when I was 4 years old so I have been around real estate almost my entire life. I have watched the industry evolve from 4-inch-thick listing books in black and white to listing apps on smart phones. I first received my real estate license in 2000 while I was also studying Business Management at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. I graduated early in 2002 and went right to work for Coldwell Banker Elite back in my hometown of Stafford, VA. My family and I purchased a home in Myrtle Beach in 2015 as a second home. We love the area so much we decided to make some major life changes to move here permanently. We decided we want to live where we love to be! I truly enjoy helping buyers and sellers around the Myrtle Beach area! When you work with me you will have a full-time experienced professional negotiating on your behalf and making sure your best interests come first. I respond quickly with honest answers. In 2021 I completed over 10 million in real estate transactions and enjoyed helping numerous families and investors reach their financial goals. I was also awarded as a top 10 individual agent within Realty ONE Group Dockside's offices of over 450 agents. During my 17 years with Coldwell Banker Elite in Virginia, I held many positions giving me a full understanding of all aspects of a real estate transaction. During college summer breaks, I worked in the office administration and accounting departments. After graduating from college, I worked as a Realtor assisting many sellers with marketing and selling their home and several purchasers to find their perfect home. I also worked in the relocation division as Relocation Director. In this role, I managed over 300 real estate closings yearly between the 9 office locations, helped the company win numerous awards, trained hundreds of agents and was asked to speak at several national real estate conferences. I love working at Realty ONE Group Dockside and this company is like a second family to me! I am also on our ONE Cares Board of Directors helping plan our community service fundraisers and events throughout the year. My husband and I have 3 children ranging in age from middle to high school. As a family, we love to travel, go to the beach and pool, try out different restaurants, play fetch with our dogs, go to live shows or movies and enjoy life together! My kids participate in several activities in the area such as cheerleading, basketball, travel softball, baseball, football, karate and technology competitions.
