We have gone to Amberly as our agent twice, and both times have been thoroughly impressed with her professionalism, preparation, and overall knowledge when in comes to buying and selling a home in the Myrtle Beach area! We can't recommend her enough!
We contacted Amberly about purchasing a second home in North Myrtle. We had a certain time we were coming into town and she worked with us to take us around to all the houses we wanted to see for 2 days straight. The seller's accepted an offer and since we couldn't be there for the closing, Amberly did the walk-through for us (video) and then collected the keys. We've worked with a lot of realtors in the nine homes we've owned, but she is the tops!
Amber is definitely the best Realtor I’ve ever dealt with. She always had my best interest in mind was always available when I text her or called her. She always went above and beyond. Will definitely be referring her out to other family members and friends.
Amberly was incredible throughout our entire purchasing process. As first-time homebuyers, we would have missed so many important details without her guidance. She truly advocates for her clients and works hard to make sure they get the most out of their purchase!
Amberly helped us buy our first home five years ago and recently helped up sell that home and buy our dream home. I can honestly say she is the BEST to ever do it !! She was extremely helpful during the entire process ! She is super knowledgeable and doesn't miss a thing ! I would never use anyone else ! Highly recommend.
Amberly helped us buy this home years ago and now helped us sell to look for our next home ! She is the best of the best ! She is so knowledgeable and spends so much of her time helping you. She really cares about everything you want and follows up with you regularly to keep you up to date with what is happening! I wouldn't choose any other realtor ever! We have been SO pleased
Amberly is a very prepared, thoughtful and caring agent. She was able to navigate a complex sale over a long period of time, in a very professional manner. She routinely followed up and we were never in doubt that our house would be sold at the best price. She is the best!
Amberly was very professional and I’m very pleased with the way she handled the sell of my home. I felt she was very knowledgeable about the homes in my area and what we could list it for. She advertised in different areas and held open houses, and was in communication with me the entire time my house was on the market.
She made it happen for me on the next Morning after listing my house the afternoon before in the Market Common area with 2 great offers. Amberly is a knowledgeable Realtor with many years of experience. She has helped many of her friends, family/relatives and new clients from many states moving into the Myrtle Beach area. You won’t be disappointed if you need real estate assistance. Give her a call or text her. She answers her clients and future clients in a timely manner.
