When putting in an offer, she did a comp comparison and told us that we should offer less than what we were going to offer. She sent in the offer with her homework that she did and saved us $13,000 off asking price. You truly feel like a friend and she is looking out for our best interest. She see us as a person and not a transaction. When touring, she pointed out things and gave us her expert opinion. It took us 6 months to close and she was there every step of the way. Even when the lender try to go back on what he told us, Amberly called the loan officer herself and told him that he was wrong for that.
