I am a K-9 with some major health issues. My allergies are severe and I also am in remission from the Big C. I love being outdoors sniffing and running and catching my frisbee but the yard I lived in was always very soggy. My parents wanted to put in turf so my paws would not swell up but our HOA would not allow it. Stacy started sniffing out some options of a new backyard that I could thrive in. We followed her out one day to a yard that was absolutely amazing and would meet my needs. It was BIGGER, dry, and next to a pond where I can watch the geese and swans! I play frisbee everyday and chase my sister Jett around the yard. I can't thank Stacy enough for not only helping my parents through the sale and purchase of a new home, but for understanding the needs of furry friends too! She always greeted us first with every meeting and even when I was going through chemo, she would check in on me! Anthony was absolutely incredible. Super easy to work with. Has tons of connections around the Myrtle Beach area. Very flexible and will work with you to find a home. I went into this thinking there was no way I could afford a home. Turns out I was wrong. Anthony found the perfect home for me at a wonderful price. I would trust Anthony with any home buying or selling experience. Talking to friends and family, house buying can be a stressful experience. I don’t think I had the first bit of stress with Anthony leading the way. He walked me through every step. Advocated heavily for me during walkthroughs. Even picked me up and drove me to closing. She’s a fan of the Gamecocks so we tried not to like her. Shes pretty awesome though so that didn’t work. As the title states she didn’t just go away after closing we ran into an issue about 8 days after moving in and she was on it. I didn’t even have to ask her for her help. I kind of reached out just to vent and she took the lead and everything’s been resolved. I know I (my wife) wasn’t easy to deal with, she was terrified as a first time homebuyer using the VA loan, we didn’t realize how much we didn’t know so this was a huge learning experience and she handled us in a reassuring, knowledgeable kind and comical way. Denise had Stayed in communication for about a year. We live in Michigan & wasn't quite sure on a time frame to get to Myrtle Beach/Conway Area to check out Communities & housing options. Thru various emails & texts periodically we finally coordinated a week to work for us. Denise knew exactly what we were looking for & had a plan for when we arrived.
