She worked tirelessly to make sure we were up to speed on the progress of our home. Since we couldn't be there in person she would send pictures of the progress as it happened. She made us feel comfortable through the process

Sandra was amazing from our first conversation to our final closing. She stayed on top of everything and kept us completely updated on everything and never left our side with anything we questioned. I can’t praise her enough and have recommended her to two of our personal friends looking to relocate in this area. It’s a rare opportunity to finally meet an agent you can completely let your guard down and know she’s looking out for your best interest. We’ll miss the interaction we had with her. Guess bottom line is Amazing

Extremely communicative very aware of what I was looking for which was a more rural area was very aware of building trades and what is considered an acceptable home under construction, as well as very aware of current regulations and building codes and knows the neighborhoods of two counties like the back of her hand, very communicative very caring very professional

She really listened to what we were looking for and went out of her way to find it, instead of just pushing whatever was available. She was also always available whenever we needed her, which made the whole process so much less stressful. Truly felt like she was on our side.

Rachel was always available and willing to help, also knew area and styles of homes

Rachel was wonderful throughout this whole process. She knew how to negotiate and communicated with us. I would recommend her to others. Also always smiling.

Tanya stayed right on top of all the paperwork involved, questions we had about services for the area, updates on the property and everything else. We had conversations either by text, email, phone and in person all through the buying process. Tanya is very knowledgeable about the properties shown even those that were not her personal listings. She has a very pleasant attitude and was a pleasure to work with. We will be recommending her to others looking for property in Northern South Carolina.

This was my first time purchasing a home. I was nervous, scared, and anxious. Ms Lisa took the time to truly make sure I understood and got everything I needed. Ms Lisa took the time day night even weekends to make sure everything rolled smooth. She also took the time to know me and when time came to buy she didn't take her money and run she checked for updates to make sure everything was what it is supposed to be. Ms Lisa calls texts just to show how much she cares. Ms Lisa could be selling sand from the beach and I would give her business just because of who she is as a person and how she conducts business.
