From the very first text all the way to receiving my house keys Zach was there to help guide me and answer my many questions. He is very responsive with texts and calls and really understood what I was looking for and also what I was not looking for. He knows the area and has numerous contacts in various "fields" and put me in touch with a handyman who has already done 2 jobs for me and there are 3 more to do. Zach is low key and was never pushy which I appreciated. I moved from Pennsylvania so coming down and looking at houses while selling my house up there had a lot of moving parts and Zach made sure he was available every step of the way. If I hear of anyone interested in moving to the area, I would highly recommend Zach and his partner Kim as they get it done and make the entire process smooth and easy to understand! I love my new house and couldn't have gotten it without Zach's knowledge and expertise! Thank you! A+++

This was my first time purchasing a home. I was nervous, scared, and anxious. Ms Lisa took the time to truly make sure I understood and got everything I needed. Ms Lisa took the time day night even weekends to make sure everything rolled smooth. She also took the time to know me and when time came to buy she didn't take her money and run she checked for updates to make sure everything was what it is supposed to be. Ms Lisa calls texts just to show how much she cares. Ms Lisa could be selling sand from the beach and I would give her business just because of who she is as a person and how she conducts business.

Tanya was very knowledgeable, especially about the different builders in the area. Was quick to point out areas of high flood risk and which areas might see a greater chance of flooding in the future. Provided a keen eye when viewing homes to make sure there wouldn't be an unnoticed issue which could cause problems in the future. Was very responsive and accommodating, which wasn't easy as was an out of town buyer with little notice when be available to come look at houses. Couldn't recommend a better agent.
