Andrew is the best of the best!

Andrew was recommended to me by his father, a nurse, when I was rotating as a student at a surgery center. Andrew promptly contacted me, and regularly stayed in contact for almost a year until I graduated and was ready to purchase a home. During that time, he sent me weekly listings that matched my search criteria, and helped schedule home tours that were convenient with my schedule. He went above and beyond to communicate with the seller, and negotiated a great deal. I plan on staying in my new home for a while, but I will certainly be working with Andrew again in the future!

Andrew is an excellent communicator and is always there when you need him.

Andrew is an exceptional Realtor. Having been in the Residential Real Estate investing arena for over 45 years, I am very particular about what I look at and whom I work with. Andrew assisted me, during several trips to SC, in relocating from NY to SC. With his transparency in communication, his availability, his attention to detail, and his genuine caring and understanding of what was important to me, I was confident enough to purchase my first house site unseen, 2 1/2 years ago. He knew of my plan to potentially invest in SC and 2 1/2 years later we picked up like it was yesterday. He saw me through another transaction with the same integrity that he had the first time around. His knowledge of the local market is outstanding as well as his patience to find the right place, at the right price and with everything that I had on my “wish list”. Wonderful agent who is a GREAT communicator and NOT pushy!!!
