Alisha Richardson has excelled in management and leadership throughout her 22-year career in the real estate industry. Now serving as Director of Operations, Alisha oversees all facets of the Wilmington office of RE/MAX Essential, which merged with RE/MAX Southern Shores in 2024. This partnership allows the team to serve even more clients along the coast, from Topsail Beach, North Carolina to Charleston, South Carolina.
Alisha began her career in real estate after earning a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in December 2002. Having worked alongside some of the most experienced agents in the area, she takes great pride in supporting their growth and celebrating their success at every level.
Known for her passion for people and her gracious heart, Alisha thrives when others succeed—not only within the organization, but in life as well. Her relentless work ethic continues to positively impact the growth of RE/MAX Essential, as well as the agents and staff she supports.
Alisha is also dedicated to giving back to the community. She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry (WARM NC), helping support efforts to make homes safer and healthier for local residents.
Outside of the office, Alisha enjoys spending time with her daughter Natalie and her husband Andy, who is also part of the real estate industry.
