My husband and I have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for 11 years; and had decided to move to South Carolina when he retired. Each vacation we would look at houses / condo’s not really sure which way we wanted to go. When we met Laura Bender we knew instantly she was the Realtor we wanted to go with. She’s professional, polite, friendly, informational, available anytime we had a question and most importantly, she was sincerely dedicated to helping us find our dream home. We worked with her for almost a year seeing at least 20- 25 houses until we found the perfect one. She never once seemed bored or tired of showing us properties. She completely understood this was a huge decision for us and was extremely patient. She not only scheduled the viewings, but went above and beyond, meeting with the home inspector we chose, scheduled estimates with contractors and roofers on our behalf. When the time came that we decided on the new Home we wanted she was able to referred attorneys for closing, and various lenders. Laura truly went above and beyond for us and we cannot thank her enough. If you’re moving from out of state or just locally, she is the realtor you want to go with!! Thank you for everything Laura, sincerely, Catherine and Kenneth Cocuzzi

This was another great experience working with my realtor. After working with her on multiple purchases, what continues to stand out is how well she understands what I’m looking for. She doesn’t simply send me listings and wait for me to choose. She takes the time to understand my goals, preferences, budget, and the things that are important to me in a property. Over time, she has become very familiar with what I will and won’t consider, which makes the search process incredibly efficient. We looked at numerous properties together, and she was always patient and willing to keep looking until we found the right opportunity. I never felt pressured into making a decision just to complete a transaction. Having someone who knows your expectations, listens carefully, and genuinely wants you to be happy with the purchase is incredibly valuable. I have trusted her with multiple property purchases, and that speaks for itself.

We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Tom McLane. We spent many weeks looking at house after house and Tom was there for us every step of the way. He was incredibly patient and never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He genuinely wanted us to find the right home not just any house. When we finally found THE ONE Tom’s experience and negotiating skills really stood out, he knew when to push, went to whole firm and how to make sure our interests were protected. Having someone with that kind of knowledge and confidence representing us made such a difference, and gave us tremendous peace of mind. Beyond being a great realtor Tom is simply someone you can trust. He has always been available when we needed him, answered every question and made us feel like we were his priority throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a realtor in Myrtle Beach area, Tom McLane is The BEST!
