Laura helped the reviewer buy this property

Laura was superb

My husband and I have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for 11 years; and had decided to move to South Carolina when he retired. Each vacation we would look at houses / condo’s not really sure which way we wanted to go. When we met Laura Bender we knew instantly she was the Realtor we wanted to go with. She’s professional, polite, friendly, informational, available anytime we had a question and most importantly, she was sincerely dedicated to helping us find our dream home. We worked with her for almost a year seeing at least 20- 25 houses until we found the perfect one. She never once seemed bored or tired of showing us properties. She completely understood this was a huge decision for us and was extremely patient. She not only scheduled the viewings, but went above and beyond, meeting with the home inspector we chose, scheduled estimates with contractors and roofers on our behalf. When the time came that we decided on the new Home we wanted she was able to referred attorneys for closing, and various lenders. Laura truly went above and beyond for us and we cannot thank her enough. If you’re moving from out of state or just locally, she is the realtor you want to go with!! Thank you for everything Laura, sincerely, Catherine and Kenneth Cocuzzi
