I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a property. From the very beginning, she kept me informed every step of the way. She was extremely organized, providing detailed to-do lists, calendars, updates, and reminders so I always knew what was happening and what needed to be done next. That level of communication made the entire process much less stressful. We looked at a lot of properties, and throughout the process she took the time to truly understand what I was looking for—not just the basic specifications, but the details that mattered to me. She was patient, attentive, and never made me feel pressured to settle for something that wasn't right. Her negotiation skills were also outstanding. She consistently communicated my wishes and priorities to the other agent and continued negotiating on my behalf throughout the process. Stacy was amazing on every level of care during the sale of my mothers home. She made sure to look out for my mother's interest above all else, and never missed a beat, all the way to the finish line and my mother was funded and contracts were signed. She always gave us updates as she moved along, and statistics to go along with her recommendations. We had previously another agent before her, and had to let him go since he was only thinking of the dollar and what his own interests were, it was going very badly, but when we switched, we were in great hands with Stacy. If we had another property, we would only go with Stacy, 1000%
