I was searching online to get an idea for a home for my son still in Md when Brenda reached out to me. Although I was not looking to buy any time soon, she took my criteria and i would receive notices of potential properties even after she changed realtors. I had financed a mobile home for my stepson and family and they walked away Oct a year ago, leaving me with a large debt. I reached out to Brenda. She was very personable and professional and kept me informed. Even with many offers and failed contracts and the park owner man making things difficult, she hung in. It was a very stressful time and Brenda was very emphatic and encouraging. I’m glad l stuck with her.

Brenda is very knowledgeable and an excellent realtor. I would recommend her to all my friends. My husband had passed recently, and I was changing my mind weekly, Brenda was very understanding and worked with me tirelessly. She is not only great realtor, but also a beautiful person.

Very friendly and worked hard to get what we needed for our granddaughter and great grandson. Will use her again should the time arises.

We are moving from out-of-state which makes the home buying process a bit more stressful. Laura took a lot of that stress away by always keeping us up-to-date on the progress of our new build. She was readily available to answer any questions and address all of our concerns. She also negotiated the purchase price and got some very nice added extras included in the contract. She is very kind, professional, knowledgeable and fun to work with. We are so happy we had Laura to help make our dreams of Myrtle Beach living a reality!

Laura was wonderful to work with! Being from Virginia I only had limited time/weekends in Myrtle to search but everytime I called to look at a property Laura made it happen! She is an accomplished knowledgable professional with a great sense of humor! We took care of business but also laughed a lot making the seriousness of finding a new home a very enjoyable quest. She did her research on properties we viewed and if I had questions she got the answers quickly even getting in touch with me in Virginia. I am certain the property we found will be my forever home and I thank her for all the help and laughs!

The house we purchased my wife and I both liked the location and wanted. Eric went to work, made the offer and worked for us to get a good price. Eric followed through with questions we had and got back to us timely. We asked for a video of the home as we lived 900+ miles away from Myrtle Beach. When it came time to take over the Utilities, Eric provided the information as needed. This made the transition easier. If looking for a Home in the Myrtle Beach area highly suggest…. call Eric.

My experience was great! Was helpful the whole way through, Was always available whenever I had questions or concerns! Made the whole experience much less of a hassle than I have been told by so many others!
