Patricia came recommended by my Brother and Sister in law and from the start, she was very involved and communicated with us frequently. Living out of State, she sent us video walk throughs of houses we were interested in. Patricia kept the line of communication flowing, sometimes seeming overwhelming. We received multiple documents to sign without much explanation as to what they were, but after stating that we were new to the various differences in South Carolina Real Estate and New Jersey, we were able to get on the same page.
