My parents had used them 6 years ago when they moved to Murrells Inlet and highly recommended them, so we knew we were in good hands.We had an initial conversation in the fall of 2025 to give them our "wishlist." Because we had some contingencies to work through, we decided a new build was the right path for us. Carol and Bill took the time to send us listings beforehand to get a true understanding of what we wanted.When we finally came down for a 4-day weekend, their preparation paid off instantly. On our very first day of looking, it only took us three houses before we found our absolute forever home!Since we were out of state during the construction process, Carol and Bill stepped up to be our eyes and ears on-site. Carol and Bill were amazing from the start in helping us find our forever home in Conway, SC. I don't say finish as they are still available with any help we need as we are still in the process of relocating from NJ. Our friends had the superb experience with Carol and Bill purchasing a home 12 years ago in Murrells Inlet. We reached out to them last summer and they booked a 5 day time block and began sending us info, homes, and locations for us to explore for when we made the trip down 3 months later. We went with the knowledge of the areas we wanted to visit, and they showed us everything and more. We decided after only 2 days on the very last home they took us to which included EVERYTHING we wanted in a home. They were our eyes and ears as we were not able to be there for the process of the build.
