Carol and Bill were amazing from the start in helping us find our forever home in Conway, SC. I don't say finish as they are still available with any help we need as we are still in the process of relocating from NJ. Our friends had the superb experience with Carol and Bill purchasing a home 12 years ago in Murrells Inlet. We reached out to them last summer and they booked a 5 day time block and began sending us info, homes, and locations for us to explore for when we made the trip down 3 months later. We went with the knowledge of the areas we wanted to visit, and they showed us everything and more. We decided after only 2 days on the very last home they took us to which included EVERYTHING we wanted in a home. They were our eyes and ears as we were not able to be there for the process of the build. We got weekly updates with photos, videos, and they worked side by side with our amazing building supervisor, Jackson of DRHorton. We can't say enough good about Carol and Bill and their expertise and knowledge of everything we needed to know to make this purchase a success. They went 'over and beyond' always, and we feel we have made lifetime friends and look forward to seeing them throughout our retirement in Conway, SC.
