The house we purchased my wife and I both liked the location and wanted. Eric went to work, made the offer and worked for us to get a good price. Eric followed through with questions we had and got back to us timely. We asked for a video of the home as we lived 900+ miles away from Myrtle Beach. Tanya was very knowledgeable, especially about the different builders in the area. Was quick to point out areas of high flood risk and which areas might see a greater chance of flooding in the future. Provided a keen eye when viewing homes to make sure there wouldn't be an unnoticed issue which could cause problems in the future. Was very responsive and accommodating, which wasn't easy as was an out of town buyer with little notice when be available to come look at houses. Couldn't recommend a better agent.
