Tanya stayed right on top of all the paperwork involved, questions we had about services for the area, updates on the property and everything else. We had conversations either by text, email, phone and in person all through the buying process. Tanya is very knowledgeable about the properties shown even those that were not her personal listings. She has a very pleasant attitude and was a pleasure to work with. We will be recommending her to others looking for property in Northern South Carolina.

Tanya was very knowledgeable, especially about the different builders in the area. Was quick to point out areas of high flood risk and which areas might see a greater chance of flooding in the future. Provided a keen eye when viewing homes to make sure there wouldn't be an unnoticed issue which could cause problems in the future. Was very responsive and accommodating, which wasn't easy as was an out of town buyer with little notice when be available to come look at houses. Couldn't recommend a better agent.

All of our showings were virtual, but we never felt like we were missing out on anything by not being there in person. She FaceTimed us for each showing, as well as provided us with videos and pictures to help us get a true feel of the property.
