Extremely communicative very aware of what I was looking for which was a more rural area was very aware of building trades and what is considered an acceptable home under construction, as well as very aware of current regulations and building codes and knows the neighborhoods of two counties like the back of her hand, very communicative very caring very professional

From the very first text all the way to receiving my house keys Zach was there to help guide me and answer my many questions. He is very responsive with texts and calls and really understood what I was looking for and also what I was not looking for. He knows the area and has numerous contacts in various "fields" and put me in touch with a handyman who has already done 2 jobs for me and there are 3 more to do. Zach is low key and was never pushy which I appreciated. I moved from Pennsylvania so coming down and looking at houses while selling my house up there had a lot of moving parts and Zach made sure he was available every step of the way. If I hear of anyone interested in moving to the area, I would highly recommend Zach and his partner Kim as they get it done and make the entire process smooth and easy to understand! Tanya was very knowledgeable, especially about the different builders in the area. Was quick to point out areas of high flood risk and which areas might see a greater chance of flooding in the future. Provided a keen eye when viewing homes to make sure there wouldn't be an unnoticed issue which could cause problems in the future. Was very responsive and accommodating, which wasn't easy as was an out of town buyer with little notice when be available to come look at houses. Couldn't recommend a better agent.
