Extremely responsive and on top of every step of the transaction. He knew someone to call for every situation we ran into such as a sea wall inspector, a great electrician, a pool inspector, etc. and this enabled us to clear every hurdle for an amazingly fast closing which was what the seller required. I would not have the house of dreams without Shawn's hard work. And he does it all with a caring, winning attitude. Cannot recommend enough!
