I appreciate Alissa going above and beyond to go to the house so quickly and do a virtual tour with us. We had her walking the whole property in mid summer! Also, she had to update paperwork several times, as we were selling a home in Maryland as well! Jen was on top of every aspect of the purchase. She was great at explaining the process and responsive to all my questions and concerns. She is a great negotiator and offers solutions to resolve any issue. She was flexible with her time and worked around some trying experiences with the seller. She maintained a steadfast control and calmed me down during some of the more stressful situations with sound professional advice. I regard Jen as my realator, a friend, and someone I can trust. Anytime I had a problem she was quick to respond

She’s a fan of the Gamecocks so we tried not to like her. Shes pretty awesome though so that didn’t work. As the title states she didn’t just go away after closing we ran into an issue about 8 days after moving in and she was on it. I didn’t even have to ask her for her help. I kind of reached out just to vent and she took the lead and everything’s been resolved. I know I (my wife) wasn’t easy to deal with, she was terrified as a first time homebuyer using the VA loan, we didn’t realize how much we didn’t know so this was a huge learning experience and she handled us in a reassuring, knowledgeable kind and comical way.
