We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jarrod. He is an excellent communicator, and he made everything smooth and easy from start to finish. We were looking to relocate from NY to SC and he was extremely accommodating when we came from NY twice to explore the area and look at houses. Both during and after the sale, he has been a great resource for everything an out of state buyer might need-- painters, locksmiths, cleaners, painters, landscapers, home inspector, etc. We would not hesitate to work with him again in the future and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor!

With plans to move from RI to SC, I first made a Facebook post on a Conway, SC group looking for a realtor. In the midst of literally hundreds of comments, tags, and messages, Ryleigh reached out with the sweetest and most conclusive message reiterating our situation and needs, her experience moving here herself from PA, and exactly why we would be a great match! After an informative and friendly call, my fiancée and I agreed that she would be the one we moved forward with! Especially working long distance AND as first time home buyers, we needed someone we felt comfortable and confident in, and someone we didn’t have to chase. That was Ryleigh! This woman was ON IT! From day 1: getting a real feel for what we were looking for and completely “getting” us, setting us up with our loan officer, Anna Louise who made the finance portion easier than new-patient paperwork at the dentist, and making herself available for any and alllll (there were a lot) of our questions and concerns! After just a couple weeks we had a good 12 or so properties we were excited to check out so we booked a trip down to embark on our first house shopping weekend!!! We all met at a coffee shop to go over the process a little more and just absolutely clicked - we had the best weekend with so many laughs (and eye rolls) looking at the properties! After much deliberation (and 3 offers) we finally found our dream home: a 2500sqft fixer-upper on over 2 acres, tucked away on a private little cul-de-sac in Conway, just minutes from civilization and downtown! We moved down here a month later (one full week before our scheduled closing date!!) with a new home, new puppy, and even new friends (and home renovation helpers!) in Ryleigh and her husband! We are so grateful that our paths crossed and we chose to work with Ryleigh, not only for the seamless and hassle free home buying experience, but to have the friendship and connection we now have with her and her family! Forever grateful for Ryleigh!
Jeff was professional, efficient and timely with buyer/seller negotiations. He let us know expectations and needs to be addressed to create a solid settlement.
Jen was on top of every aspect of the purchase. She was great at explaining the process and responsive to all my questions and concerns. She is a great negotiator and offers solutions to resolve any issue. She was flexible with her time and worked around some trying experiences with the seller. She maintained a steadfast control and calmed me down during some of the more stressful situations with sound professional advice. I regard Jen as my realator, a friend, and someone I can trust. She makes the process seem easy; when I know it is complex. I highly recommend her to represent you for the sale or purchase of a home.
Tera made sure everything ran smooth with our purchase, and sale, of our home(s)even if the other realtor was not in top of things!! We closed on time and are living in our new home and love it! She is professional, knowledgeable and I personally recommend her to anyone who’s needs a realtor. Shes the BEST!!
