We met Tiffany and Frank Hereda about 10 years ago when we were looking to sell our rental condo and buy a townhome instead. They marketed our condo so well that it sold pretty quickly. Fast-forward 10 years and we have decided to sell our townhouse and move to a 55+ community. Of course there is no other realtor we would think of using than Tiffany Hereda. We didn’t deal with Frank too much with this transaction because they started up an exciting new venture where they are not only realtors, but they are custom home builders as well. Tiffany is probably one of the hardest workers I have ever met!. She really cares about her clients, and it’s not so much about the commission. If I would reach out to her, I don’t think I waited any longer than 15 minutes for a reply. She helped us sell the townhouse and also the purchase of our new home. Unfortunately, there were a lot of glitches with this transaction none of which were Tiffany’s fault but she was right there beside us fighting to get us into our home successfully. I also need to mention that they are not just your realtor. They become your friend. During the 10 years between our first transaction and this one they have stayed in touch, always reaching out, asking how we’re doing, can they do anything for us, etc.!
