I ended up having a situation while buying a house that was complicated and stressful to say the least. Good thing I had Zach on my side! He did a lot of the work behind the scenes so that I didn't have to be the one stressing about all of it. He also has a lot of knowledge and was helpful in navigating me through the whole process as a first time homebuyer. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the area.
