About Cooper

You’ll meet some locals in North Myrtle Beach, but very few natives. Meeting people that were born and raised in this area is getting more and more rare. Cooper is a 5th generation native and graduate of North Myrtle Beach High School and Horry Georgetown Technical College. His roots in this area run deep. His knowledge of our market allow him to provide valuable insight and expertise that very few others can offer. Cooper is motivated, hard working, detail oriented and thorough. He is prompt, attentive and does what he says he will do. Listening is an important but underrated skill. Buying or selling your home is about you and Cooper is going to work hard to help you get what you want. He doesn’t want to be just a good Realtor. He wants to be the best Realtor you have ever worked with.

What a wonderful agent to work with

What a pleasure getting to know our agent! He was persistent without being aggressive. Understood what we were looking for and found just what we wanted. Sometimes it takes a little longer than expected to find what you’re looking for and you end up creating a friendship in the process. Plan on using him again very soon. :)
