About Cooper

You’ll meet some locals in North Myrtle Beach, but very few natives. Meeting people that were born and raised in this area is getting more and more rare. Cooper is a 5th generation native and graduate of North Myrtle Beach High School and Horry Georgetown Technical College. His roots in this area run deep. His knowledge of our market allow him to provide valuable insight and expertise that very few others can offer. Cooper is motivated, hard working, detail oriented and thorough. He is prompt, attentive and does what he says he will do. Listening is an important but underrated skill. Buying or selling your home is about you and Cooper is going to work hard to help you get what you want. He doesn’t want to be just a good Realtor. What a wonderful agent to work with

What a pleasure getting to know our agent! He was persistent without being aggressive. Understood what we were looking for and found just what we wanted. Sometimes it takes a little longer than expected to find what you’re looking for and you end up creating a friendship in the process. Plan on using him again very soon. :)

Best experience I had with any real estate Agent. Cooper makes his clients a Top Priority.

In Myrtle Beach, I've dealt with a handful of buyer's agents and couldn't find the right fit. Nobody was readily available. One agent working real estate as a second job and was not available when we were visiting the location and, to her credit, her other job was probably what paid her bills so that's understandable. Then to the other extreme, I met with an agent who was very busy due to a huge YouTube presence and she was never readily available...appointments were required weeks out. We didn't have that luxury as we both worked full time and didn't know when exactly we would have time to travel to look at homes. Cooper came recommended from a friend. I met with him once and I liked his respectfulness and honesty so I signed with him. We came down from NJ sometimes with 2 days notice and he was always available. If we came down for a week he was with us for 3 or 4 days for hours. While we were in NJ he was still working for us; if I asked him about a specific location or I couldn't meet with a builder, he went in my place and FaceTimed the interactions or the locations. I was able to be in the Northeast and Myrtle Beach at the same time. I truly felt like I was his only client even though I know he had other buyers and even had at least one listing at that time. I've never seen an agent so diligent in his work ethic. In the future Cooper Livingston is going to be the biggest name in real estate in Myrtle Beach, probably South Carolina. He has a non-stop desire to succeed, but not just for profit but also because he genuinely wants to be a part of his clients' happiness and he feels its his duty to God. Nothing that I wrote here is BS. Stick with an agent who makes you their priority. I found that agent and now we're living in a home that we love in a place that we love.

Cooper was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the home search experience.

Cooper and I spoke often ( almost daily). He assisted me while working with the mortgage company, the attorneys, and any other community members associated with my home purchase. He was always very professional and made me very comfortable.
