Deborah did a super job helping us with our purchase she was committed. She was caring. She followed up with everything She said she would do. She was well aware of the housing market and the builders and as well as structural issues both positive and negatives of the homes we looked at Deborah also Knows three important zones of the South Carolina Low country they are — the hurricane zone , flood zone and wind zone. Deborah would call anytime to ask questions and follow up to see homes the next day. We absolutely loved working with Amanda. We met her in September 2025 while vacationing in Myrtle Beach and beginning our search for a beach condo from out of state. From day one, she was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. After our first showing didn’t turn out to be the right fit, Amanda stayed in touch and continued sending us listings that matched our preferences. As very detail-oriented buyers, we appreciated her patience and willingness to cater to exactly what we were looking for. She frequently FaceTimed us from units, did full walkthroughs, and recorded videos so we could review everything carefully on our own time. When we found the condo we wanted in December, Amanda made the entire process smooth and stress-free. As buyers new to the area and to condo living, she walked us through every step, answered all of our questions, and made sure nothing was overlooked. She also coordinated repairs and personally handled a wide range of items on our behalf, which meant a lot to us. Amanda’s marketing knowledge, communication, and professionalism are outstanding. She was always available, proactive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. We highly recommend her and will absolutely work with her again.

Although Amanda is very pleasant personally, I must admit I am less than satisfied with the sales process of my condo. She gave me no marketing or sales plan. She only gave me figures or scenarios when I asked for them which in all actuality, I developed myself before she was able to respond. Luckily, I have a realtor I work with in NC that was able to advise me along the way. The fact that my buyer was ready to buy on the spot at the asking price and she put him off with coming back to me looking for a price reduction was highly unprofessional. I lowered the price just to get it over with. I advertised the unit as fully furnished. She verbally stated that the buyer didn't want any of the items in the unit and that I should get rid of them. I thought that should have been put in writing as a brief addendum to avoid any complications but, I was told that wasn't necessary. Necessary or not, It would avoid any legal gray area. The final straw was she missed both closing in it's entirety and the mistakes that were made on the settlement statement. I brought them to her attention and she is supposed to be fixing them. It doesn't involve a large some of money but, I believe Real Estate should be handled with precision. I know she is new to Real Estate sales but she would appear to have no expertise in any type of sales, marketing or customer service. I will be purchasing other properties in the area in the near future but, I will have to find a different realty company to assist me.

This was a great experience as Amanda has been super attentive to our condo purchase and made it go excellent. I recommend her for your home purchase as she is on it in all phases. Amanda kept us up to date and went over and above in my expectations. My other SC purchases will be with her involvement.
